Bubble Buds Privacy Policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
The short version: Bubble Buds collects nothing.
Bubble Buds is a bubble-popping game for babies and toddlers, made by Sunsets over Sunrise LLC. This page explains what the app does with information.
What we collect
Nothing. Bubble Buds has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no network connection of its own. We do not collect, store on a server, sell, or share any information about you or your child.
Photos
Parents can add photos so they float inside bubbles. Photos are chosen with the iPhone's built-in photo picker, which only gives the app the photos you pick. The app keeps a copy of each chosen photo inside its own private storage on your device. Photos are never uploaded or shared. Removing a photo, or deleting the app, removes the copy.
Microphone and recordings
A parent can record a short word, about a second and a half, such as "Grandma", to be said when a photo bubble pops. The app asks for microphone permission only when a parent taps "Record a name". The recording is saved only on your device, next to the photo it belongs to, and is never uploaded or shared. Nothing is recorded in the background.
Settings
The app remembers your choices (theme, how many bubbles, how often photos appear, whether colors are spoken) on your device only.
Children
The app is designed for children under 5 and is meant to be set up by a parent. Settings, photos and recording are behind a press-and-hold control in a corner of the screen. The app contains no ads, no links to websites, and no in-app purchases, and it does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
